IX. PUBLIC COMMENTS This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual. Comments can be provided through the e-comments feature on the City website prior to the meeting, or by calling 301-600-1213 during the meeting.

X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

A. ALCOHOL IN PARKS

1. Approval of a request by Reuben Kline to serve beer during the Gran Fondo Bike Race event at Baker Park on Sunday, September 19, 2021, pursuant to Section 6-19 of the City Code

2. Approval of a request by Asian American Center of Frederick to serve beer and wine during the Night Market of Frederick on August 7 and September 4; and Tai New Year Water Festival on August 29, 2021 at Carroll Creek Amphitheater and Site C-2 pursuant to Section 6-19 of the City Code

1. Approval of a Public Art and Garden Donation Agreement with the Community Foundation of Frederick County, Inc for the installation and acceptance of the Claire McCardell Bronze on Carroll Creek Linear Park.
