1. Approval of Second Amendment to Moderately Priced Dwelling Units Agreement with Sharpe Square Pax Buckeye, LLC dated December 18, 2018 for the housing project located at 820 Motter Avenue

Consideration of a request from the Frederick Arts Council, Inc. to waive fees for setup June 10, and event dates of June 11 and 12, 2022 for Frederick Festival of the Arts at Carroll Creek Park, Amphitheater and Site C-2, Trellis, 1/4 sections of park (NW, SW, NW), Delaplaine North, Delaplaine and Galleria, pursuant to section 6-13 of the City Code

Consideration of a resolution for the continuation of the partnership between Child Care Choices / Frederick County Mental Health Association and The City of Frederick to co-sponsor and offer in kind services for the 31st Annual Children’s Festival, on April 30, 2022, and to waive gymnasium and park rental fees at Baker Park per Section 6-13 of the City Code
