a. Approval of Ordinance 24-23 to remove the Open Space (PRK) floating zone from 501 S. McCain Drive, also known as Hillcrest Park, located at the corner of Butterfly Lane and S. McCain Drive (the “Property”), reverting the Property’s zoning to the Medium Density Residential, R8 base zone.
b. Approval of Ordinance 24-24 to apply the Institutional (IST) floating zone to 501 S. McCain Drive located at the corner of Butterfly Lane and S. McCain Drive (the “Property”) for the future establishment of a County library.
