    As the owner of 7188 Meadowbrooke Dr, I request a buffer, conservation, green space or berm between the Christoff property and the exiting plots on Meadowbrooke Dr. Also please keep the roof height of adjacent properties in mind, utilizing areas with lower existing grade elevations for 3 story dwellings and higher elevations for 1 or two story dwellings to minimize the overall impact to adjacent properties.
