Michael Dihmes - 157 B & O - Would echo the concern about the 20ft space needed for parking and a paved alley for accessibility. Most B&O units have 1 or more cars or regular guests because of the amazing location, and the new condos are guaranteed 2 spots at the expense of our current parking situation.

Also I’m not sure what the process is working with the Historic Commission and city but would love to see residential permit spots on water st or allocated spots of the MARC parking lot which sees marginal number of spots used daily. Thanks!

Matthew Grice - 161 B&O Avenue Frederick - It was our understanding that the "Proposed Private Access and Utility Easement" at the front (south) of the new townhomes is to be parking/alley access for B&O 155-165. PC24-70FSI, Final Site Plan, B&O Properties does not include the twenty foot wide parking/alley off Water Street at the rear of B&O 155-165, there seems to be a proposed 5' sidewalk which is within the private parking/alley access easement. How does this get corrected?

Tim Michael - 155 B&O Avenue Frederick - we are looking to confirm that the "Proposed Private Access and Utility Easement" at the front (south) of the new proposed townhomes will be maintained as parking for the residents of 155 - 165 B&O Avenue. The current plat seems to eliminate the previously identified "20' wide commercial apron" allowing drivable access and parking from Water Street to the rear of the 155-165 rowhomes. The proposed 5' sidewall is currently noted to be within this private access easement.
