    My comment is brief. Where is an analysis of the costs of a data center (or data centers) in the City of Frederick? How City Council members can be discussing an LMC modification to pave the way for such facilities in the City is beyond my comprehension, given the experiences of jurisdictions nationwide (as well as the extensive response of concerned Countians re: the in-process data center campus in Adamstown) with their negative fiscal and quality of life consequences for the government and its citizens.
