2. An application has been received for an Ordinance to amend Section 838 of the Land Management Code (LMC) entitled, Mixed Use Development, Vertical, Section 604, Building and Urban Design Standards, and Section 1002, Definitions, to allow for residential uses on the first floor of a mixed use building in the Mixed Use (MU-1 and MU-2) zones, for establishing the applicable Building and Urban Design Standards for a mixed use building, and for defining mixed use building.
