With the huge deficit in affordable housing in the City, I strongly support the SRO Draft Ordinance, a major step forward for filling some portion of the needed units. THANK YOU very much for the detail and the justification and rational provided in the other documents and slides, the most comprehensive overview I've seen to date. I urge the Council to move the ordinance forward as soon as possible and look forward to weighing in later in workshops and hearings. Unfortunately, I am out of town tomorrow Thursday 2/12 but hopefully this initial support and comments from the Frederick Housing Solutions Task Force can encourage total Council consideration and adoption soon.
