XVII. CITIZEN COMMENTS This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual or ten minutes per group. If you wish to ask a question and want a response, that will become a part of the five or ten minute limit. Comments may be provided through the e-comments feature on Channel 99 or by calling 301-600-1213.

A complete and final agenda will be available for review prior to the meeting at the Reception Desk in City Hall and online at www.cityoffrederickmd.gov. The meeting will be broadcast live on City Government Cable Channel 99.
