IX. CITIZEN COMMENTS This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual or ten minutes per group. If you wish to ask a question and want a response, that will become a part of the five or ten minute limit. Comments may be provided prior to the start of the meeting through the e-comments feature on Granicus or by calling 301-600-1213.
X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.
A. PERMISSION TO SERVE ALCOHOL
1.**PULLED**Approval of a request from the Brewers Association of Maryland to serve beer and wine at the Maryland Craft Beer Festival event at the Marc Train Lot on May 9, 2020 pursuant to Maryland Annotated Code, Alcoholic Beverages Article, Section 6-321
2. Approval of request from the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek to serve beer and wine at the End of Year Party at Carroll Creek Park Amphitheatre and Site C-2 on June 24, 2020.
