IX. CITIZEN COMMENTS This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual. Comments can be provided through the e-comments feature on the City website prior to the meeting, or by calling 301-600-1213 during the meeting.

X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

1. Approval of an amendment to the Homelessness Solutions Program Grant Agreement with the Department of Housing and Community Development to provide additional funds in the amount of $305,000 for program operations related to Coronavirus

2. Approval of a contract renewal with Frederick County Health Department Cancer Program for continued program operations for patients enrolled in the Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer Screening Program at Frederick Community Action Agency

B. SPECIAL ORDINANCE

1. Approval of a Special Ordinance to amend the FY 2020 budget budget for Department 6111, FCAA, in the amount of $305,000 in order to add revenues and expenditures associated with program operations related to Coronavirus for fiscal year 2020.
