1. Approval to release Northwest Savings Bank Letter of Credit in the current amount of $59,400.86 posted by Chesapeake Commercial Properties, Inc., to guarantee improvements to Riverside Corporate Park Lots 257 and 258, further described in PWA dated 08/27/08. Note: Property was sold. This PWA/Surety has been replaced by PWA/Surety for Lot 257A dated 12/23/19 and PWA/Surety for Lot 257B dated 03/16/20 both by Riverside Technology Park V, and PWA/Surety for Lot 258 dated 07/30/19 by M&G Realty, Inc.
