They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items be removed from the agenda. Any item removed from the agenda will be considered separately. The removed item may be considered at the end of the Business Meeting or at a Regular Public Meeting. If you would like any of the items below to be considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

A. Release of Sureties and Acceptance of Improvements

1. Approval to release Philadelphia Indemnity Bond in the amount of $638,462.00 posted by M & G Realty, to guarantee plat recordation at Riverside Corp. Park, Lot 258, Rutters, further described in PWA dated 07/30/19.

2. Approval to release Cash Funds in the amount of $22,294.31 posted by Dixon Hicks, to guarantee stormwater management at Zimmerman at Baker Park, Lot 7, 403 W. 2nd Street, further described in PWA dated 06/26/20.

Approval to release International Fidelity Bond in the current amount of $59,385.48 posted by Wormald Development Company to guarantee SEC, SWM and Public Improvements at Worman’s Mill, Section 9, Plat 24, Lots 900-919, further described in PWA dated 07/17/14 and acceptance of Roe Lane, Station 10+00 to 12+50 and Embrey Court, Station 10+00 to 13+50 into the City’s System.
