IV. Business Meeting All items included under the Business Meeting are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and are being heard at the Workshop pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items be removed from the agenda. Any item removed from the agenda will be considered separately. The removed item may be considered at the end of the Business Meeting or at a Regular Public Meeting. If you would like any of the items below to be considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.
A. Grants
1. Acceptance of a grant from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in the amount of $1,576,125 for health center activities and program operations related to COVID-19

2. Approval of a Grant Agreement with the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC) in the amount of $175,000 to support an integrated behavioral health services program.

1. Approval of a Special Ordinance to amend the FY 2022 Budget for Department 6112 in the amount of $1,576,125 in order to add revenues and expenditures associated with program operations related to health center activities and COVID-19.

2. Discussion of a request to rezone two parcels located east of Monocacy Boulevard and west of Monroe Avenue, containing a total of 26.49 acres, to the Mixed Use Floating Zone and the Master Plan for the property
