1. Approval to release Hanover Insurance Company Bond in the amount of $37,320.21 posted by Wormald Development Company to guarantee Grading/SEC, Street Trees and Driveway Aprons at Worman’s Mill, Section 7B Lots 355, 356, 366, 367, 376 & 384 further described in PWA dated 02/21/2018.

Approval to release The Continental Insurance Company Bond in the amount of $144,788.45 posted by Becker Building Company, LLC to guarantee on-site afforestation to The Preserve at Tuscarora, further described in FCA dated 02/27/2020. (Note: This FCA/Surety has been replaced by Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group per FCA/Surety dated 05/14/2021.
