IX. PUBLIC COMMENTS This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual. Comments can be provided through the e-comments feature on the City website prior to the meeting, or by calling 301-600-1213 during the meeting.

X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

A. RELEASE OF SURETY AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

1. Approval to release Hanover Insurance Company Bond in the amount of $76,658.84 posted by Wormald Development Company to guarantee Public Improvements at Worman’s Mill, Phase 7A, Plats 4, 5 & 6, further described in PWA dated 10/8/2019 and to accept Anna’s Alley (Stations 3+05 to 4+55); Brook Valley Road (Stations 4+48 to 7+74); Island Grove Blvd. (Stations 1+65 to 5+46); Anna’s Terrace (Stations 1+40 to 4+54); and Sanctuary Alley (Stations 5+16 to 6+38), into the City’s system.

2. Approval to release Guarantee Co. of N. America USA Bond in the amount of $42,818.09 posted by Robert K. Wormald, Inc. to guarantee Public Improvements at Worman’s Mill, Section 7B, Plat 10, further described in PWA dated 11/2/2018 and to accept Monocacy Ford Road (Stations 9+30 to 15+55), into the City’s system.

3. Approval to release Guarantee Co. of N. America USA Bond in the amount of $28,494.82 posted by WDC Investments, LLC to guarantee Public Improvements at Worman’s Mill, Section 7B, Plat 11, further described in PWA dated 11/2/2018 and to accept Monocacy Ford Road (Stations 15+55 to 20+45), into the City’s system.

4. Approval to release Guarantee Co. of N. America USA Bond in the amount of $35,310.47 posted by WDC Investments, LLC to guarantee Public Improvements at Worman’s Mill, Section 7B, Plat 12, further described in PWA dated 11/9/2018 and to accept Brook Valley Road (Stations 13+80 to 14+50); and Monocacy Ford Road (Stations 20+45 to 24+50), into the City’s system.
