IX. PUBLIC COMMENTS This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Mayor and Aldermen regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual. Comments can also be provided through the e-comments feature on the City website prior to the meeting.

X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

1. Approval of a grant agreement with Maryland Department of Housing and Community Develpoment in the amount of $200,000 to assist with upgrades to Sky Stage

B. REQUESTS TO SERVE ALCOHOL ON CITY PROPERTY

1. Approval of a request by Downtown Frederick Partnership (DTFP) to serve beer, wine and alcohol during its National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race Beer Garden event on July 16, 2022 at the City Hall Park pursuant to Section 6-19 of the City Code

2. Approval of a request from The Frederick Center to serve beer, wine and alcohol at its annual Frederick Pride Event on June 25, 2022 at the south side of Carroll Creek Linear Park from East Street to the first bridge, Amphitheater and Site C-2 pursuant to Section 6-19 of the City Code
