X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. 1. Approval to release cash surety in the amount of $10,000.00 posted by One Eleven, LLC to guarantee public improvements to the 110 East 5th Street project further described in PWA dated 3/31/2022.
