X. CONSENT AGENDA All items included under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. Any item removed from the consent agenda will be considered separately at the end of the consent agenda. If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.
A. RELEASE OF SURETY AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
1. Approval to release Hanover Insurance Company surety in the amount of $103,177.76 posted by Monocacy Park Land, LLC to guarantee improvements to Monocacy Park Townhouses project further described in PWA dated 5/7/2018 and acceptance of Wheyfield Drive (Station 10+00 to 19+50) and North Rambling Way (Station 10+00 to 11+50).

Approval to release Great American Insurance Company surety in the amount of $768,317.75 posted by Land Bay B, LLC to guarantee improvements to Kellerton Yellow Springs Road Phase 2 project further described in PWA dated 5/14/2021 and acceptance of Yellow Springs Road (Station 37+25 to 42+37); Rocky Springs Road (Station 0+0 to 1+75); and Walter Martz Road (Station 0+0 to 1+75).
