Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly and directly into the microphone. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual or ten minutes per group. If you wish to ask a question and want a response, that will become a part of the five or ten minute limit.

A. RELEASE OF SURETIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

1. Approval to release First Indemnity of America Insurance Company surety in the amount of $326,880.00 posted by Waverley View Investors, LLC to guarantee improvements to the Waverley View, Part 1, Phase 4 project further described in PWA dated 12/12/2019 and to acceptance of Hirt Court (Station 0+00 to 7+00.00).

Approval to release First Indemnity of America Insurance Company surety in the amount of $200,183.77 posted by Waverley View Investors, LLC to guarantee improvements to the Waverley View, Part 1, Phase 5 project further described in PWA dated 08/23/2019 and to acceptance of Furgeson Lane (Station 12+00 to 20+61.10) and Krantz Terrace (Station 0+00 to 1+60.00).
