They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items to be removed from the consent agenda. A. RELEASE OF SURETIES

1. Approval to release Federal Insurance Company Bond in the amount of $11,891.00 posted by Day Development Company to guarantee 0.94 acres of upland planting afforestation for Tuscarora Creek Phase 6, further described in FCA dated May 29, 2019.

Approval to release Great Midwest Insurance Company Bond in the amount of $7,992.41 posted by Wormald Development Company to guarantee improvements to the Worman’s Mill, Mill Island Section 7D Plat 21 project, further described in PWA dated 02/13/2018 and to acceptance of Pallatine Alley (Station 0+00 to 3+51.61) and Pallatine Alley (Station 4+00+ to 6+94.44+).
