I fully suport this agreement . It is good to see County participation is combating homelessness as it is not just a local issue as many may think . I will note that the name change from the Religiuous Coalition to Beyond Shelter Frederick caused me to go online and look them up . My first thought was you had selected a new vendor meaning a new RFP , questions of Minority Participation etc .But it apparently this is just a rebranding by the same very capable people . I do suggest this rebranding be noted when it comes up as it was not pointed out in the backup,
