Approval to release United Bank Letter of Credit in the amount of $55,860.27 posted by eMKay Land, LLC to guarantee improvements to the Bowersox project, further described in PWA dated 6/17/2019 and acceptance of the following Streets into the City’s system: (Armenian Oak Drive (Stations 10+00 to 13+96.72); Osprey Way (Stations 9+98.92 to 14+15.42); Apricot Alley (Stations 10+00 to 13+90.11); Pomegranite Lane (Stations 10+00 to 23+89); and Willowleaf Pear Alley (Stations 10+00 to 15+00.98).
