VII. PUBLIC COMMENTS This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council regarding items that may or may not appear on the Agenda. Please note speakers should first give their name and address. You are reminded that these proceedings are broadcast on live TV and you should speak clearly and directly into the microphone. All comments are limited to a total of five minutes per individual. If you wish to ask a question and want a response, that will become a part of the five-minute limit.

A. RELEASE OF SURETIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS

1. Approval to release United Bank Letter of Credit in the amount of $55,860.27 posted by eMKay Land, LLC to guarantee improvements to the Bowersox project, further described in PWA dated 6/17/2019 and acceptance of the following Streets into the City’s system: (Armenian Oak Drive (Stations 10+00 to 13+96.72); Osprey Way (Stations 9+98.92 to 14+15.42); Apricot Alley (Stations 10+00 to 13+90.11); Pomegranite Lane (Stations 10+00 to 23+89); and Willowleaf Pear Alley (Stations 10+00 to 15+00.98).
