1. Acceptance of Maryland Department of Natural Resources Local Parks and Playgrounds Infrastructure grant LPPI-10-29 in the amount of $48,000

5. Approval of the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust (MAHT) Grant Agreement in the not to exceed amount of $75,000 for the purpose of providing housing rehabilitation services from December 8, 2021 to December 30, 2022.
