1. Approval of a special ordinance to amend the budget in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 to include the use of fund balance for sinkhole repairs and replacement of the waterline damaged by the sinkhole on Monocacy Boulevard.
