IV. Business Meeting All items included under the Business Meeting are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and are being heard at the Workshop pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Aldermen. They will be approved by one motion, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present requests an item or items be removed from the agenda. Any item removed from the agenda will be considered separately. The removed item may be considered at the end of the Business Meeting or at a Regular Public Meeting. If you would like any of the items below to be considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.

A. Release of Surety

1. Approval to release Woodsboro Bank Letter of Credit #600 in the amount of $11,965.75 posted by the Religious Coalition for Emergency Human Needs to Guarantee Public Improvements to the Hayward Road Emergency Shelter project further described in PWA dated 2/24/2021.

2. Approval to release Travelers Casualty Surety Bond #106948101 in the amount of $368,302.41 posted by Waynesboro Construction to Guarantee Public Improvements to the Sharpe Square project further described in PWA dated 04/29/2019.

3. Approval to release Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company Bond #800041644 in the amount of $40,492.02 posted by Frederick Senior Development Company to Guarantee Public Improvements to the Poet’s Walk, Jenkins Subdivision, Section 1, Lot 2 project further described in PWA dated 11/01/2019.

1. Discussion of amendments to Section 405, Table 405-1 of the Land Management Code (LMV), the Bulk and Dimensional Standards, for the purposes of increasing the maximum building height in the Professional Business (PB) zoning district from 45' to 60'
